Admin user unable to view multi-vsys devices on Panorama health check

Symptom
An admin user with read only access to GUI: Panorama > Managed Devices > Health is unable to see multi-vsys devices under the health page.
Environment
- Any Panorama
- PANOS 9.0
Cause
The user will be able to see the multi-vsys firewalls under GUI: Panorama > Managed Devices > Health, only if he has access to the device groups for every VSYS (not just default VSYS1, but all of the vsys)
Resolution
- Allow the user to access all VSYS in accessible device groups (under GUI: Panorama> Access Domain).
- Commit the changes.
This will allow the user to view the health data for multi-vsys devices from panorama.
