Question
Why am I getting message "error getting vm license values" when retrieving licenses on VM Interface?

This error message is normally triggered when the UUID/CPUID reflected on the VM Interface has been registered differently in the license server.
Open an Admin Support Case with providing the VM serial number and a screenshot of the impacted VM Dashboard.
Once the CSR Team has updated registered UUID/CPUID follow these steps to associate the VM with the new UUID/CPUID.
1. Login to Support Site
2. Go to Assets
3. Search for the serial number(s)
4. Click PA-VM to download the license key to a laptop.
5. Manually upload the license key on the new VM.
6. Reboot the machine.
7. Retrieve the license keys – Device tab> Licenses > Retrieve license keys from server.
