Is the GlobalProtect Agent supported on Windows Surface Pro with an ARM processor?
Environment
- PAN-OS 8.1 and above.
- GlobalProtect Agent version 5.0 and below.
- Microsoft Surface Pro with an ARM processor.
Answer
Windows GlobalProtect agent version 5.0 and below are not supported on Windows Surface Pro with ARM processor. Only the Universal Windows Platform version of GP can be installed on the Windows Surface Pro X.
A newer version of GlobalProtect Agent version 5.1 and above can be used on Windows Surface Pro with ARM Processor.
