Symptom
ユーザー-ID Windows Server 2019 で実行している場合、資格情報エージェントが資格情報の抽出に失敗するRODC(読み取り専用ドメイン コントローラー)。
Environment
- PanOS 8.1 以降。
- パロアルトFirewall.
- ユーザー-ID資格情報エージェント 8.1 以降。
- Windows サーバー 2019RODC .
Cause
- ユーザー-ID Credentials Agent は現在、Windows Server 2019 ではサポートされていませんRODC. しかし、ユーザー-IDエージェント 9.0.2 以降は、Windows Server 2019 でサポートされています。
- 次のエラーがUACredDebug.log
[Error 716]: Unable to extract credentials.Resolution
次のユーザー-ID資格情報エージェントは、Windows 2019 をサポートしています。 次のいずれかのバージョンにアップグレードします。
