Why are objects configured in Panorama missing on the managed firewalls?

Question
When multiple objects are configured in Panorama, some of them do not show in the managed firewalls after the config pushed even though they configure in the same device group.

Environment
- Panorama
- PA Firewall
- PAN-OS 7.1, 8.1, 9.0
Answer
This behavior is caused by two reasons:
- In (Panorama > Setup > Management > Share Unused Address and Service Objects with Devices) is not enabled.
- The defined object(s) are not used in any policy rule in the target firewall.
