Symptom
You see the following error in your Traps installation log:
Failed to create new CA process via RUNDLL32. Error code: 2
Cause
Depending on the preceding line, you may be missing the rundll32.exe file from either the C:\Windows\syswow64 folder or the C:\Windows\system32\ folder.
Resolution
If it says: "Hello, I'm your 64bit Impersonated custom action server.", then you are missing the rundll32.exe file from your c:\Windows\system32\ folder. If it says: "Hello, I'm your 32bit Impersonated custom action server.", then you are missing the rundll32.exe file from c:\Windows\syswow64\ folder.
To resolve this issue, just copy the same file from a known good similar system over to the system with the installation error and rerun the installation.
