Symptom


Unable to connect Apple devices running IOS 13  or macOS 10.15 to Global Protect VPN.

Environment



 iOS 13  and macOS 10.15

Cause


 

There are new security requirements for TLS server certificates in iOS 13 and macOS 10.15.

Resolution


Need to generate the certificate which follows the new guidelines introduced by Apple.
Or else the devices will not trust the certificate.
