Why is QoS Setting Not Available Under subinterface?

Question
Why is QoS setting not available under the subinterface on a PA-820 or a PA-1420?
- Interface ethernet1/4 has subinterface ethernet1/4.20 and ethernet1/8 has subinterface ethernet1/8.10 configured.
- Looking at QoS Interface selection both subinterfaces are missing
Environment
- PA-820
- PA-1420
Answer
QoS on the subinterface is not supported on PA-820 and PA-1420. Some of the devices that support QoS on subinterface are the PA-3200 series, PA-3400 series, PA-5200 series, PA-5400 series, and PA-7000 series.
