Is it possible to transfer the VSYS license?

1. Virtual systems are supported on PA-1400, PA-400, Series, PA-3000 Series, PA-5000 Series, and PA-7000 Series firewalls.
2. Each firewall series supports a base number of virtual systems; the number varies by platform. (Explore Datasheets here) . 
3. Besides that, you can purchase a virtual system upgrade. 
4. The purchased VSYS license is perpetual, and can be transferred to another device of the same model. 
5. After the VSYS license has been transferred, retrieve the license key on both the source and the target devices.
