NPCs show disabled status

• NPC on PA-7050 shows disabled status.
• After reboot all NPCs show disabled.
• ​​​If device is in HA, the device will be in non-functional mode because NPCs are in disabled state.

1. Enable the disabled NPC slots by using the command  "request chassis enable slot <slot no>".

> request chassis enable slot s1

2. Re-run "show chassis status" command to confirm the NPC status. The status  will show as 'Up'.
