Symptom
The following error could come if user attempts to change mode from management-only to panorama.
admin@Panorama> request system system-mode panorama
Server error : Failed to change system mode from management-only to panorama.
Switch Operation already in progress. Please use 'show system panorama-progress-
status' to check status
Cause
If following command is executed than the progress is stuck at certain percentage.
admin@Panorama> show system panorama-progress-status
5% complete
Resolution
1. Please stop and start the Panorama from Hypervisor/Cloud Console
2. After that attempt to change mode to panorama with command "request system system-mode panorama"
admin@Panorama> request system system-mode panorama
