Prisma Access Clean Pipe Onboarding configuration or "Commit to Panorama" fails

Symptom
When customers configure Prisma Access Clean Pipe via panorama, following errors prevent completion of the work, nevertheless panorama has valid "Prisma Access for Clean Pipe" license.
- Unable to complete Onboarding configuration with the error "Fail to load completions for regions from cloud service".
- "Commit to Panorama" fails with the error "<tenant name> tenant missing bandwidth configuration Failed plugin validation"
Environment
- Prisma Access Clean Pipe (Panorama Managed).
- Cloud Services Plugin Version 1.5.0 or earlier.
Cause
It is caused by Cloud Services Plugin issue.
Cloud Services Plugin Version 1.5.0-h1 or later version has the fix.
Resolution
Prisma Access Clean Pipe user needs to upgrade Cloud Services Plugin 1.5.0-h1 or later version.
If you can not see those versions under panorama GUI [Panorama] > [Plugins] or in Customer Support Portal > Updates > Software Updates, please open Support Case for help.
