SSL VPN Cert File Processing Failed

Symptom
Commit is failing due to the below error:
"Error:" ssl vpn cert file (name of cert) Processing failed
Environment
- When importing named configuration backups.
- When importing backups from third party tools that store Palo Alto Networks Running Configuration.
Cause
The incorrect backup was used. The correct backup should be a device state backup.
Resolution
Remove the certificate from the SSL/TLS Profile.
Device > SSL/TLS
Additional Information
If it is not possible to remove the certificate because it is the only certificate then please create a temporary dummy certificate so that it can be used it in the SSL/TLS Profile while the problematic certificate that is causing the issue is dealt with.
For example, create a local certificate in Device > Certificates. Call it Test_Test, in CN also put Test_Test, select Certificate Authority and leave everything else as is.
