Symptom


  • Customer can't access Panorama via WebUI 
  • Customer can't access Panorama via Telnet/SSH


Environment


  • VM ESXi
  • PAN-OS version 8.1.x versions
  • Panorama


Resolution


  1. Logon to the VM Server
  2. From the VM server, use the VM option to launch console access to Panorama
  3. Run the show system disk-partition command 
    Disk /dev/sda: 36.5 GB, 36507222016 bytes
    255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 4438 cylinders
    Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

    Note: The above output shows the system disk space is only 36GB.       
 
  1. Since the Panorama is on PAN-OS version 8.1.7, re-spin a new OVA allocating a minimum 81GB of System Disk Space.
