Answer
- MFA / 2FA is required to access every Palo Alto Networks apps and portals.
- Refer to Two Factor Authentication for Customer Support Portal
Note: WildFire (WF) portal can be reached via CSP (Customer Support Portal) > Wildfire, and can be reached directly via https://wildfire.paloaltonetworks.com.
