Error: Template Stack Variable Configuration Export - Internal error

Symptom
Importing variable file to template stack under Panorama > Template fails with the error message "Template Stack Variable Configuration Export - Internal error"
Environment
- Any Panorama.
- PAN-OS 8.1.9 or below.
- PAN-OS 9.0.3 or below.
Cause
Space in the file name and in template stack name causes the import to fail.
For example: The second variable listed below has a space in the filename and so the import will fail.
Resolution
Remove Space from variable file name and remove Space from template stack name.
