Exclude network ports for applications when Traps is running

Symptom


In some cases, when Traps agent is running we are conflicting with network ports with a 3rd party application for example a web application.

Cause


We can change the TCP ports for listening to avoid compatibility issues with a third party services on the Endpoints.

Please note the default port for TCP Listening is 50001

Resolution


Support can write an exception to exclude ports 50001 for use by 3rd party application.
