How do I initiate a failure analysis?
Answer
Failure analysis will only be performed upon request with the Technical Support Engineer at the time of requesting an RMA (not a default when processing an RMA).
Individual failure analysis reports for hardware issues that are part of a validated known issue will not be generated. However, the Failure Analysis team, and/or Product Line Management team, will provide communication around the issue.
Failure analysis is not available for assets that have reached End-of-Sale.
