Should the Bad Power Supply Unit be returned to Palo Alto Networks once the RMA of the failed Power Supply Unit is completed?
Environment
- Any Palo Alto Networks Series Next-Gen Firewall Hardware except PA-7000 series
- Any M-Series Panorama Appliances
Answer
Power Supply Units for the following series of Palo Alto devices can be disposed of by the customer and need not be returned to Palo Alto.
- Any Palo Alto Networks Series Next-Gen Firewall Hardware except PA-7000 series.
- Any M-Series Panorama Appliances.
The power Supply Unit for PA-7000 must be returned to Palo Alto Networks if RMA is submitted.
