How to download the VM Series OVA file?

Environment


  • VM Series Panorama or Firewall
  • Supported PAN-OS

Procedure


  1. Open a browser and go to the Customer Support Portal.
  2. Login with a valid Support Account.
  3. From the left side select Updates > Click Software Update box
  4. From the Filter> Content Type box click dropdown and select "PAN-OS for VM-series base images".
  5. Download the file base on the software version of the pan firewall and also the virtual Environment.
