EDL Request error : "Server error : entry not found"

Symptom
- Request system external-list does not show configured EDL.
admin@PA-FW> request system external-list show type url name ? URL-Block-AccessTo admin@PA-FW> request system external-list show type url name URL-Block-AccessTo Server error : entry not found
Environment
- Palo Alto Firewall
- PAN-OS 8.1 and above.
- Multi Vsys enabled.
- External Dynamic List configured.
Cause
In a Multi-vsys environment the target vsys defaults to none.
Resolution
Specify the target vsys prior to running the command.
