Is this "Error: sysd_construct_sync_importer" message shown during boot up an area for concern?

Question
The following messages were seen on the console during the boot up of my FW:
2019-07-23 13:17:05.152 -0700 Error: sysd_construct_sync_importer(sysd_sync.c:3 28): sysd_sync_register() failed: (146) Unknown error code 2019-07-23 13:17:06.164 -0700 Error: sysd_construct_sync_importer(sysd_sync.c:3 28): sysd_sync_register() failed: (146) Unknown error code
Should I be concerned about these error messages?

No. Ignore the error messages; they do not affect the firewall operations or upgrade to a PAN-OS version post 8.0.8 where this cosmetic SW issue has been addressed.
