Symptom
- Attempting to commit from the Panorama context view of the firewall results in the following commit error:
A full system commit is required. You do not have sufficient privileges for a full commit. Please request an admin with full commit rights to perform the commit prior to validate operation
Environment
- Firewall (Any OS)
- Panorama (Any OS) recently restarted or a management plane restart was performed
Resolution
Preform a local commit on the Firewall in question. From there, commits from both the Panorama context viewer and the firewall should occur as expected.
