Can Limited users access Knowledge base?
Environment
Support portal; SFDC, Knowledge Base
Answer
No, limited users do not have access to the Knowledge Base. This is because Knowledge Base access is tied directly to Case Management permissions.
Users with limited roles will encounter a single sign-on error when trying to access the Knowledgebase—for example, via the Resources tab or the help icon (?) on their CSP Homepage.
Workaround: These users can still search for public articles using the search bar on the Customer Support Portal landing page before logging in.
