Objective


How to activate Cortex Data Lake when the following error message is received:

Logging Service is missing/expired/dont have access!

  • Cortex Data Lake

Procedure


  1. Check to make sure there is no expired eval logging service
  2. If yes, it should be removed in order to be able to activate the new Cortex Data Lake auth code.
  3. Open an Admin Case via Case Management in the Support Portal or by calling the Support Line for the CSR Team to investigate.
