Objective
Transferring Cloud Services instances across accounts
Environment
Cortex XDR
Procedure
Scenario: Cloud Services auth codes have been activated in a wrong support account.
The instances cannot be transferred on the correct account.
The only solution is to create a support case and request the Cortex auth codes (s) to be reset.
Once reset, the auth code(s) will be available for activation on the desired account.
