Symptom


When configuring a JIRA notification template, the field "Labels" is not available to be added.

Environment


Prisma Cloud
JIRA

Cause


Labels are custom fields in JIRA and Prisma Cloud does not support custom fields at this time.

Resolution


Use a non-custom field (e.g. Description)
