Symptom


  • Suddenly reboot of Firewall. The Firewall Crashed and restarted.

Environment


  • Palo Alto PA-820 or PA-850 Firewall.
  • PAN-OS 8.1.3

Cause


  • Kernel Memory Spikes

Resolution


The resolution for this issue is to upgrade the Firewall to PAN-OS 8.1.5 or higher.
