SaaS PDF Report not displaying correct data

Symptom


  • PDF Report for "SaaS Application Usage" created
  • Pop-up window shows correct dates and data when you "Run Now"
  • When you hit "Export as PDF" a PDF is generated with missing data and date of 2015

Environment


  • Panorama M-100
  • PAN-OS 8.1.7

Cause


PAN-104808

Resolution


Fixed in PAN-OS 8.1.10, 9.0.4, 9.1.0, 10.0.0 

Temporary workaround
Un-check "Minimize Javascript" from GUI debug console
  1. Log into Panorama
  2. Add "/php/utils/debug.php" to end of IP/hostname of Panorama  (https://<Panorama IP/hostname>/php/utils/debug.php)
