Objective


How to request a Zip Code update/change for 4 Hour support license.

Procedure


When you purchase the 4H support auth code, the location supported by 4H service has to be checked by your Account Team during the order process. 
4H support auth code means that in case of an RMA (spare part or chassis) the part will be delivered to the 4hour post code location reported earlier, after the RMA request has been submitted to the logistics provider. 
If you moved the device to a new location and need the address on the 4H support license changed, create an admin case and provide the following information:
1. the reason you need to change the address on the 4H support license
2. asset information and new address as per the chart below

The Support team will inform you if the new location is supported by 4H service and make the changes if applicable.

Make sure the device location is updated on Customer Support Portal
NOTE: Updating the device location in CSP will not automatically update the location details mapped to the auth code!
