WF-500 Content Update is Taking 30 Minutes to Complete

Symptom
Content updates for WF-500 appears to be stuck at 20% for approximately 20 minutes and is taking 30 minutes or longer to be completed.

Environment
- Wildfire appliance WF-500
Cause
Content is installed differently on the WF-500 appliance rather than on a firewall. It needs to update its sandbox environment rather than load a database.
Resolution
This is expected for WF-500 content installation to hold at 20% for approximately 20 minutes, and the installation will take approximately 30 minutes to be completed. The installation time will take a bit longer if there are several version differences between the content being installed.
Do not try to stop the installation job during this time as that could cause further delays.
