How to Switch Between Cortex Hubs if your Email is a Part of Multiple Accounts?

Objective


To Switch Between Cortex Hubs if your Email is Part of Multiple Accounts
 


Procedure


1) Login to Cortex Hub (https://apps.paloaltonetworks.com/apps):

2) Click the dropdown and click the Cortex Hub Associated with another account to Switch:

Additional Information


User access to multiple accounts on hub is the same as his association in the Support portal. 
In the event that the accounts that the user is associated with is merged and his ID is appearing multiple times within the merged accounts, he will still see multiple entries on the Hub.
Only by removing the duplicate entries within the same account, will the multiple account disappear.
