Polling Fails in MineMeld hosted in AutoFocus with Error "authorization code or categories not set, poll not performed"

Symptom
Polling for newly created node using PROTOTYPE 'proofpoint.EmergingThreatIPs' fails with error:
"<node> - authorization code or categories not set, poll not performed"
Environment
Auth code and categories are not set in the node:
Resolution
'proofpoint.EmergingThreatIPs' and 'proofpoint.EmergingThreatsDomains' are Block Lists Provided by Proofpoint and you need an auth code from Proofpoint to use this service.
Entering the auth code and setting up the categories will fix this error
