Symptom


While configuring Global-Protect Gateway, "Split Tunnel" is disabled under path:

Network-->GlobalProtect-->Gateways-->Agent-->Client Settings-->Split Tunnel

  • NGFW and Panorama
  • GlobalProtect Gateway

Cause


  • In order to enable "Split Tunnel", Tunnel mode must be enabled/checked. A proper tunnel interface must be selected from the drop down as well.
  • Path: Network-->GlobalProtect-->Gateways-->Agent-->Tunnel Settings:

Resolution


  • Enable Tunnel Mode to enable split tunneling.
