Objective
How do I obtain the support license on WF-500 since the appliance does not have web interface?
Environment
- Support license has been activated on WF-500
- Factory reset has been done on WF-500
Procedure
Run CLI commands to verify/refresh the status of a support license.
> request support check
> request support info
Additional Information
Prior to PAN-OS 9.0, a support license does not generate a license key, which means "Retrieve license keys" will not work (nor is it required) for fetching the license on PAN-OS 8.1 or earlier.
