EDUCATION SITE
Please refer to the Education page on our website for more information about the different training options, materials, and certifications (ACE, PCNSE6, PCNSE7) that are available. https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/services/education
LEARNING CENTER
We have several free formal trainings available online in our Learning Center. You need to be registered in the Learning Center to access the trainings. Please follow the steps outlined below to access the free trainings:
- Login to the Support Portal https://support.paloaltonetworks.com
- Click on “Learning Center”
- Click on “Training Catalog”
- On the left side, under “Type”, select Online Class (computer icon) and Curriculum (books icon) and get a list of the trainings.
PCNSE7 CERTIFICATION

LIVE COMMUNITY ON YOUTUBE – ONLINE TUTORIALS AND VIDEOS
Our Live Community team has created a set of simple quick videos that are great tutorials on different topics. They are available online on the YouTube channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPRouchFt58TZnjoI65aelA/playlists and they are segregated into different section.
TRAINING CERTIFICATES
To view and print a PDF certificate of completion on demand:
1. Login into the Learning Center: https://paloaltonetworks.csod.com
2. Scroll over your Learning tab > Click on "My Learning"
3. Change the drop-down menu to "Completed" from "Active"
4. Click "View Certificate" to print your PDF certificate on demand

1) Change of name on Certificate
2) Change of email address
3) Link old and new Education profile
4) Access to the Education portal
