Uninstalling Cortex agent on macOS

Uninstall Cortex XDR agent on macOS on the endpoint.

• Cortex XDR agent

1. Open Terminal
2. From Terminal, navigate to /Library/Application\ Support/PaloAltoNetworks/Traps/bin folder
3. Run the command: sudo ./traps_uninstaller_tool <password>

NOTE:
a. Where <password> is the Cortex Agent uninstall password.
b. In case you have special characters into the password please make sure to add '' Single Quotes.
Example: sudo ./traps_uninstaller_tool 'password'
