Objective


How to change the company name in CSP and the HUB.

Environment

Procedure


The CSP Super user and Domain administrator can change company name on CSP under Account Management > Account Details tab.
Enter the new company name in the Name field and save the change. 

 

 
Once you click Submit, there will be a confirmation message of the name change. 
The company name change on CSP will not affect the company name on documents, invoices, orders. 
If you need the company name change registered in the internal Palo Alto Networks system so that the new company name reflects on invoices, orders and other documents, create a support case and provide the following information:
  • the reason of company name change
  • supporting evidence, documents or website reflecting the new company name
  • the relation between the old and new company 

Company name change on the CSP will also reflect on the Hub.
Cortex XDR users will need to create a technical case to change name on Gateway and on the XDR tenant.
