URL Filtering page Captcha not rendering

Symptom
On urlfiltering.paloaltonetworks.com the captcha for the test page is no seen.
Environment
- Palo Alto Firewall.
- PAN-OS 8.1 and above.
- URL Filtering.
Cause
- The captcha portion of the urlfirltering.paloaltonetworks.com uses gstatic.com/recaptcha which is directly in the code.
- gstatic.com website belongs to "Content Delivery" category in the URL filtering profile.
- The content delivery is set to "Continue", and so the Captcha part is not showing up.
Resolution
- Set the Content Delivery category to Alert for the captcha window to show up.
- This can be done from GUI: Objects > URL filtering > Categories > Content-delivery-networks > Change the site action to Alert.
Additional Information
Websites server content comes from many sources, if serving a URL Response Page for an action of type Continue or Override. It is possible that some content on the page may not be rendered properly.
This will happen if the content is coming from a site that is in a category for which the action is set to Block, Continue or Override.
The firewall will not present the Continue and Override page for each embedded link.
