Help icon on the bottom right hand corner is not visible in Prisma Cloud console

Symptom
The help icon does not appear in the lower right hand corner of the Prisma Cloud application.
Environment
Prisma Cloud
Cause
- A pop-up or advertisement blocker is preventing the help icon from displaying
- A firewall rule is preventing the app.prismacloud.io or app.pendo.io URLs from being rendered
Resolution
- Check browser's pop-up blocker and allow pop-ups from Prisma Cloud.
- Check if any advertisement-blocking software is blocking Prisma Cloud and whitelist the following URLs:
- app.prismacloud.io
- app.pendo.io.
- Check and disable local firewall rules or proxies that are blocking app.prismacloud.io and app.pendo.io.
