Question
Intermittently receiving error when trying to access live.paloaltonetworks.com
"Single-Sign-On Error. We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.”
What is the fix?

live.paloaltonetworks.com
Answer
Session timeout in Live is 200 minutes (3hrs, 20 minutes). If you leave the Live pages open in a tab longer than this period, when you try to open them again the error will occur.
Log into a new tab and refresh any other tabs with older sessions.
