Question
Why are some users unable to see devices that others can see in the Wildfire Portal?
Environment
Wildfire Portal
Answer
Visibility may be limited by portal memberships.
- Super User in the main account will see all devices in the account, whether they are in a group or not and will see Wildfire reports for all these devices.
- Standard User in the main account will not see any devices that belong to a group in which he is not a member, but will still see the Wildfire reports for these devices.
- Wildfire User in the Support Portal will only see devices selected by the super user and the reports associated with these devices.
