Can the URL for the XDR portal be changed once the tenant is active?

Environment


Company name has changed and customer would like to have the new name in the URL.

Answer


No. It is not possible to change the URL once the tenant is active in the XDR Portal. It would break the link to the Support Portal and all data would be lost.
