Symptom
- Screws or mounting brackets were missing from newly purchased device order. Can these parts be RMA'd?
- Received an additional quantity of screws or washers and would like to confirm the correct numbers.
Resolution
- Screws or mounting brackets were missing from newly purchased device order. Can these parts be RMA'd?
If the order was placed within 90 days, the missing accessories will be shipped free of charge. Contact OF-Support@paloaltonetworks.com and either attach the applicable Order Summary to the email, or provide the Order Summary number in the email.
RMA inventory does not include mounting kits. Remove brackets from any defective unit being returned.
Brackets returned inadvertently will need to be re-purchased through your reseller. They can't be returned by our Logistics partner. - Received an additional quantity of screws or washers and would like to confirm the correct numbers.
Please open an admin case with us. We will check with our internal operations team.
