Access to AutoAssistant Tool

Environment


AutoAssistant is a new type of web based Automated Diagnostics tool capable of identifying known issues, behavioral anomalies, configurations that do not follow best practices, and how well features of the product have been adopted.

Procedure


To access the tool, ASC (Authorized Support Center) users should:
  • Use their SSO login
  • Have their ASC account set as default in CSP. Make sure they have the ASC user role. 
  • Access is not available to "Group" Limited User. Limited Users has to be in the Main account in order to access AutoAssistant.

If you still cannot access the Auto Assistant Tool, create a support case .
