Export and Import Configuration Options not Available for Administrators with Custom Admin Role

Symptom

Administrators with role-based custom admin profiles cannot export or import configuration from the firewall. 

The export and import functions are not visible in the WebGUI under Device > Setup > Operations.

Cause

The custom role-based administrator cannot export and import configurations for security purposes. For example, if configuration export and import were allowed, custom role-based administrators could update the configuration and grant super user permissions to anyone. This would contradict the purpose of giving restricted access to these admistrative users.
