Symptom

The User-ID Agent produces the following error:

Failed to set logon account with error 1722

Cause

This error message means that there is an RPC communication failure with the domain controller. The issue is with the host OS, and not caused by the User-ID Agent. For more information, perform a Google search using the following key phrase: "1722 RPC Server is Unavailable".
