Issue

Client Configuration page of the GlobalProtect Gateway is grayed out.

Resolution

When the tunnel mode is not enabled in the general tab, it means an internal gateway is being configured. For an internal gateway, there is no requirement for client configuration (ip-pool, dns and access route etc)

Enabling tunnel mode will enable the configuration options in the Client Configuration Tab
