Panorama Web UI performs an auto-logout when idle for 10 minutes in a device context
Issue
Both Panorama and the device have a user-configurable timeout value. By default this setting is set to 3600 seconds (1 hour) on both the firewall(s) and Panorama. When the administrator logs in to Panorama and navigates to a device context, the configured timeout value is not applied correctly and instead a 600 second (10 minute) timeout is applied. This will result in the web UI forcing a logout after 10 minutes of inactivity.
Resolution
There is currently no workaround to this issue, but it is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of Panorama.
It is possible to avoid the issue by changing to the Panorama context prior to admin session going idle.
