Resolution


Issue

Unable to delete the forward trust certificate and cannot disable the forward trust option because it is grayed out in WebGUI, as shown below:

Receiving the following error message:

Workaround

Delete the certificate through the CLI in configure mode:

> configure

# delete shared ssl-decrypt forward-trust-certificate

# commit
